Capital Region Orthopaedics, located on the 3rd floor in Suite 300, is a multidisciplinary team that has a variety of specialists under one roof. Capital Region Orthopaedics mission is tripartite, each part contributing with the others toward the primary goal of orthopaedic surgery: the preservation and restoration of human motion.
- Patient Care: premiere medical and surgical care of, and service to, our patients: "a quality experience of quality care".
- Teaching and Education: through various means, a propagation and expansion of orthopaedic knowledge to surgeons and residents, primary care providers, allied health professionals, patients, and the public-at-large. "Doctor - Latin: A teacher, from the verb docere: to teach."
- Creation of Partnerships between and among:
- Practices within the Capital Region Bone & Joint Center
- Educational Institutions
- Professional Organizations
- Corporations
In pursuing these goals and to achieve this mission, Capital Region Orthopaedics will become the nucleus of a Center of Excellence for musculoskeletal care, recognized locally, regionally, nationally, and globally.

Capital Region Spine, located on the 2nd floor in Suite 201, is a multidisciplinary, regional center of excellence for the treatment of back and neck problems. Capital Region Spine physicians are able to care for any type of back or neck problem, from the simple back or neck strain all the way to the most complex spine surgery. |

The Capital Region Ambulatory Surgery Center (CRASC) is a state of the art facility, located on the 4th floor in Suite 401, providing surgical and pain management services. The center, which opened its doors in November 2000, is fully equipped with four operating rooms and one procedure room. CRASC employs a tremendous team focused solely on the care of its patients. The center has been accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. |

The Center for Rheumatology, LLP: in Albany, New York is a regional referral center, located on the 1st floor in Suite 101, for the diagnosis and care of individuals with arthritis, osteoporosis, autoimmune and musculoskeletal disease and for investigation of new treatments for these disorders. |
