Video Conference Services
Video conferencing is available to interested person(s)/groups.
Normal conference hours are 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday.
Special arrangements can be made for after-hours conferences.
The technical department will not be responsible for user equipment, slides, or presentation media that are incompatible with our equipment.
Customers who wish to use projection for presentation will be expected to furnish their own computing equipment.
If technical assistance is not requested, client will have initial set-up assistance of one hour prior to presentation or event.
A limited amount of tables will be provided at no cost; additional tables will be supplied upon request through a local vendor at the cost of the customer.
There are 120 fixed seats within the auditorium; any request for additional chairs will be accommodated through a rental company at the cost of the customer. Requests should be made two weeks prior to the event
A videotape of your event can be produced upon request.

An employee of The Bone & Joint Center will handle the administrative and technical matters associated with setting up a video conference, including interacting with technical staff at the other site to schedule and test for the actual conference, interacting with network services, conducting a training meeting with participant(s) in use of the equipment, establishing the link for the actual conference, etc. This person will also assist you if there are any operational problems that may arise during your meeting.
These is a minimum one hour charge for room rental. If your conference extends longer than one hour, the charges are allotted in 30 minute increments.
