The Bone & Joint Center is currently seeking an organized, detail-oriented candidate that excels while working independently in a fast-paced work environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Daily correspondence with transcriptionists, medical secretaries, and physicians
  • Receiving, reviewing, matching, and delivering dictation that is submitted by transcriptionists
  • Use of computers is required (extensive use of Microsoft Word and Excel)
  • Providing a wide range of clerical support duties for our transcription department, such as answering the phone, printing, using the fax machine, and assigning/repairing dictaphones

This position is full time – days.
