Top 2015 Doctors – Dr. Fuchs

The Bone & Joint Center surgeon Dr. Marc Fuchs has been highlighted as one of the Capital Region's Top 2015 Doctors. Dr. Fuchs is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in joint replacement and reconstruction, knee arthroscopy, and orthopaedic trauma. For the last 25 years, Dr. Fuchs has been in practice in the Capital Region and is also a professor of orthopaedic surgery at Albany Medical College.

Dr. Fuchs received his M.D. from the University of Rochester School of Medicine after receiving B.A and M.A. degrees from Northwestern University in Chicago. He went on to complete his fellowship in adult hip and knee reconstruction at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City.

Dr. Fuchs has been recognized as one of the “Best Doctors” since 1995, as well as part of the Guide to America's Top Surgeons. He is a member of American Orthopaedic Association (AOA), American Academy Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), and Diplomate of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (ABOS).
