“Kayleigh is accommodating and responsive. I called Wednesday morning, she called me back less than an hour later and got me an appointment for the very next day. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time; I didn’t wait very much at all. The assistant was professional and patient. Dr. Zimmerman came in a short time after that. As always, he was friendly, patient, and professional. He answered all my questions and took his time with me. I had an excellent experience. My second experience with Dr. Zimmerman; both time he was excellent and caring. ”

“What a great experience! My daughter is a competitive gymnast and was always concerned about what would happen if she was injured. Well, she broke her toe and needed to use The Bone and Joint Center. From the moment we walked into Urgent Care, everyone was friendly. She had such a positive experience. Then, we had a follow-up appointment with Dr. Roberts, and it was great. In addition to being incredibly knowledgeable, he was caring and took the time to really and explain the situation. You can tell that he loves what he does for a living. The office atmosphere was upbeat and had a great vibe. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Roberts to anyone highly. “Dr. Roberts did a great job on my hip replacement; I walked out of day surgery with no issues. I was careless two days after the hip replacement and fell and broke the femur just below the hip replacement. Dr. Roberts was on the phone with me 2 or 3 times that morning, he was out of town and still stayed in contact with me. He came in on a Sunday morning and fixed my leg so that I could get back home and start healing again. I have to say never once did Dr. Roberts ever make me feel like the dummy I was to do this to myself! All he ever said was take it easy you have a longer recovery, and I’ll see you in three weeks. I caused a lot of work for Dr. Roberts, but to him, it was just another day at the office! I have had two operations with Dr. Roberts and two services with Dr. Zanaros all with The Bone & Joint Center, a total class act, I would never consider going anywhere else! ”
