Revenue Cycle Department - Patient Collections

Capital Region Orthopaedics is currently seeking an experienced Collections Specialist to join our Revenue Cycle Department.  Responsibilities include meeting with patients and implementing collection calls to resolve accounts.  The employee will be responsible for working with a team to collect patient’s outstanding balances while providing high levels of patient care.

A successful candidate must be able to work well in a fast paced team environment and will also possess the ability to work independently.  An ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience with knowledge of accounts receivable and credit/collection policies.   

This position will be full time - days, Monday through Friday.
