“About 14 years ago, I had my first back surgery. I saw four surgeons before settling on one as I was as petrified to undergo an operation on my spine, which could permanently leave me paralyzed. On the 4th surgeon, I found one I was immediately comfortable. Shortly after relocating to the Capital Region, I began having some significant problems. I went to urgent care and got scheduled by the above provider Dr. Riccio. I was afraid that I was going to spend months searching again for a surgeon. I would feel a comfort level. He immediately made me comfortable from my very first appointment to today's *second post-op* appointment. I would recommend him to anyone. He is caring, knowledgeable, and in no way did I ever once feel like just another name on a piece of paper. If I could give him a billion stars, I honestly would. ”
